The Mazda Vehicle Service Agreement provides factory-quality warranty coverage that covers all the same parts and components covered under Mazda's New Vehicle Limited Warranty plus more. It provides the most comprehensive coverage of parts and components in the event of a mechanical breakdown or failure.

You're making a big investment -- it makes sense to protect that investment. With Mazda Financial Service's Vehicle Service Agreements you not only protect your investment, but you enhance your entire ownership experience. 
 


The Mazda Protection Products (MPP) Platinum Vehicle Service Agreement (VSA) is designed with the same care and precision as your Mazda. The premier vehicle service agreement for new Mazda vehicles, the Platinum VSA can help shield you and your Mazda from unanticipated repairs. It covers repair costs due to mechanical breakdown during & after your original factory warranty expires.

PLAN DETAILS

QUALIFYING CRITERIA
Vehicles are eligible for this VSA up to 3 years or 36,000 total vehicle miles, whichever comes first. Coverage is effective from date of first use as a new vehicle and zero miles. Coverage expires at maximum time or mileage of the selected plan, whichever comes first.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Coverage is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year within the continental US and Canada, while your agreement is active. This coverage includes towing (for covered breakdowns), flat tires, being locked out of your vehicle, dead battery jump starts, and fuel delivery services (up to 3 gallons, no more than 2 times per month; excludes fuel cell and electric vehicles).

SUBSTITUTE TRANSPORTATION
Coverage provides up to $50 per day for a maximum of 5 days per occurrence. Call us at 866-693-2332 to get prior approval for expenses incurred.

TRAVEL PROTECTION, LODGING AND MEALS
Coverage provides up to $100 per day for lodging and meals if you're more than 150 miles from home. Call us at 866-693-2332 to get prior approval. There is a maximum of 5 days over the life of your agreement.

DEDUCTIBLE OPTIONS
$0 deductible per eligible repair visit. 

TRANSFERABILITY
Coverage can be transferred once, at no cost, from the original owner to a private party; this excludes dealers (see Terms of Agreement).

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your VSA within 30 days for a full refund, less a $50 processing fee (as permitted by state law). Cancellations will be prorated if applied for after 30 days or if a claim is paid. Please see your dealer for state-specific cancellation policies.

Note: The purchase of a Vehicle Service Agreement voluntary protection product is optional, cancelable (subject to specific agreement terms) and not required to obtain credit.

Prepaid Maintenance offers exceptional convenience to help keep your new, Certified Pre-Owned, or pre-owned Mazda vehicle running at peak performance.

STAY COVERED LONGER
Maintenance plans ranging from 1-4 years are available for purchase, and if financed, can be conveniently included in your monthly payment (subject to credit approval).

COVER ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Coverage includes oil and oil-filter changes, tire rotations (when applicable) and multi-point inspections based on the recommendations in your vehicle's scheduled maintenance guide.

RECEIVE PERSONALIZED SERVICE REMINDERS
Personalized service reminders are customized to your personal driving habits. When it's time for a visit, simply present your Mazda Prepaid Maintenance Gold card at your participating Mazda dealership.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your Prepaid Maintenance Plan within the first 30 days for a full refund if no benefits have been paid. If benefits have been paid, or if you are canceling more than 30 days after the expiration of the manufacturer's maintenance program, please contact your selling dealer or refer to your maintenance plan agreement for information on how to cancel.

 

ELEVATED PROTECTION

If you are faced with a total loss, a guaranteed auto protection(GAP) plan can help lessen or eliminate out-of-pocket expenses.

 

PROTECTING VALUE IS THE MAZDA DIFFERENCE
Your current auto insurance may not be enough if your vehicle is declared a total loss. In most cases, the primary auto insurance settlement is based on the market value of the vehicle, which could be less than the balance still owed on your finance or lease contract.

Mazda Protection Products (MPP) Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) waives or pays the balance (minus certain fees and charges) between the amount still owed on your finance contract and your auto insurance settlement.

TOTAL LOSS PROTECTION
If your car is declared a total loss through theft, fire, or accidental damage and you still owe more on your finance or lease contract, GAP may reduce or even eliminate your remaining balance.

DEDUCTIBLE COVERAGE
GAP coverage will cover up to $1,000 of your auto insurance deductible (if applicable and permitted by state law).

PEACE OF MIND
Mazda Protection Products (MPP) Excess Wear & Use Protection (EWU) is designed to make lease end easier. When you turn in your leased Mazda, EWU provides coverage for qualifying excess wear and use charges, including certain dents and dings.

BENEFITS INCLUDE:
Excellent product features and coverage, for example torn seats, body dents, etc.
High program limits:
Each single event valued at $1,000
Each missing part or equipment valued at $200
Up to a maximum of $5,000
A simple claim process:
No claims to submit
No deductibles to pay
No reimbursement to request
PLAN DETAILS
Under the terms of your Mazda Financial Services lease, you may be responsible for any wear and use damage that is considered excessive. However, the MPP EWU Protection Plan waives charges for qualifying damages (up to program limits) at end of lease.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA
The MPP Excess Wear & Use Protection Plan is available only when you lease your new or Mazda Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and only at time of lease inception. The MPP EWU Protection Plan is not available in all states. See your Mazda dealer for more information. Plan is only available on leases through your Mazda dealer and Mazda Financial Services based on approved credit. Please see your EWU Protection Lease Addendum for full details on terms, limitations and exclusions. The plan must coincide with the lease agreement term and is available for lease terms up to 60 months.

LIMITS2
Limitations include a single event at $1,000 or less. Additional limitations may apply. For complete list of limitations please ask your dealer or refer to the Excess Wear & Use agreement you signed when purchasing the plan.

TRANSFERABILITY
Only transferable with the reassignment of the original lease contract. The new vehicle lessee will take over your original lease contract.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your MPP Excess Wear & Use Protection plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, unless a claim has been submitted, or unless otherwise required by state law. To cancel 31 days or more after plan purchase, please contact your dealer or refer to your EWU agreement. You cannot reinstate your Excess Wear & Use Protection after cancellation.
